Highly dispersible silica (HDS) replaced carbon black in modern fuel-efficient tires — cutting rolling resistance while improving wet grip. It's one of the most demanding applications in industrial silica, where surface area and dispersion behaviour decide performance.

Every shipment includes a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis covering silica content, full trace element screening (40+ elements), structural verification and physical properties. Safety Data Sheets are provided for all grades.
Is your silica amorphous or crystalline?+
Amorphous — and verified, not assumed. Every production batch undergoes X-ray diffraction analysis to confirm amorphous structure. This matters both for performance (reactivity, bioavailability) and for occupational safety, since respirable crystalline silica carries hazard classifications that amorphous silica does not.
What volumes can you supply?+
